MIT portfolio include Flatted Factories, Hi-Tech Buildings, Business Park Buildings and Stack-up/Ramp-up Buildings. They are strategically located in established industrial estates and business parks, which are served by good transportation infrastructure. These properties are also located near residential housing estates, providing tenants easy access to a skilled and educated workforce.
Build-to-Suit:
MIT provides Build-to-Suit (“BTS”) solutions to companies who prefer customised industrial facilities on a long term lease without the hassle, uncertainties and the significant capital expenditure associated with the development process. BTS solutions allow companies to focus on their core businesses while enjoying the benefits of a new facility.
