We design and fabricate your electronics manufacturing process jigs and fixtures to provide smooth productive processes. Whether you need it to be made of anti-static plastic or stainless-steel material, we will provide the respective material to meet your product needs.
If you have any projects or products that need further mechanical tooling, jigs or fixture to facilitate production of your PCB assemblies, call us and we will work together with your engineers to ensure the details needs are given special attention when fabricating the jigs or fixtures tooling.
Our facility utilises the following machines when fabricating your supporting tooling:

For the fabrication to meet your needs, we will listen to your specifications and material selection to ensure problem free applications. For example, if you have any special high corrosive fluxes for processing, please advise us and we will select the appropriate material for your processing needs. Call us and we will review through the board for processing as per your specifications.
