Nature of Business
Fabricating & selling of precision injection mould tools and precise engineering plastic parts. We also do secondary process, such as spraying, coiling and sub assembly and inject moulding.
• Lens Mounting Body
Video and still camera parts which require complicated shape of moulding inside products. CAM's unique own technology is able to produce monolithic moulding by sliding the shape of the undercut and the screw of the inside diameter with a special technology.
• Turn Table/Disc Table
These are widely adopted in such fields as CD, MD, CD-ROM/R and DVD. We have realised high quality and low cost with a technology of high precision multi-cavity mould.
• Batteries
We have realised the multi-cavity method with a hot runner system for alkaline dry batteries, packing for lithium ion batteries, and insulating rings.
• Optical/Optical Fiber Communication (OFC)
As heat-proof conditions and high precision are required for optical parts, we produce PU carriage, lens holder, joints for optical plastic fiber, etc. using super engineering plastic as materials.
• Parts for Car CD/Car Navigation
The chassis for CD and DVD are used in automobiles. As heat-proof conditions, high strength, and excellent vibration-proof mechanism are required for products equipped in the automobile, our company's mould flow analysis technology is
used to produce monolithic moulding of the complicated shape.
• Chassis/Disc Tray
PU chassis and the tray for CD-ROM and DVD-ROM are produced, using autocollimator under strict quality control including checking of skew. We also produce a variety of outsert moulding, using the rotary moulding machines that employ sheet metal chassis.
